What we collect

When you write to us (e-mail, Telegram): your name, contact details and message — to answer you.
When you order in the shop: name, e-mail, billing and shipping address, phone — to process and deliver the order. Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose; we do not see your card data.
Technical data when you visit the site (IP address, browser, time of access) — stored by our hosting provider in server logs for security.

Cookies and statistics

Necessary cookies keep the cart and your login working. Statistics and marketing tools (Meta Pixel, Yandex Metrica) and external videos are loaded only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

If you subscribe, your e-mail address is stored with Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe with the link in every e-mail.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers we need to run the site and the shop (hosting, payment, shipping, e-mail). Some of them may process data outside the EU on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

Order data — as long as German tax law requires (up to 10 years). Messages — as long as needed to answer you. Server logs — a few weeks.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
